We are making lots of new friends in our Centenary Year and are now developing a partnership with Cambridge Regional College who are very keen to work with us and hold some fundraising events for our Appeal. CRC don’t hang around and have arranged a ‘Dining in the Dark’ to be held at The Park Restaurant on Wednesday 27th June at 7pm.
Beth Elkins, Personal Support Manager at Cambridge Regional College says, ‘…….we hope that by blindfolding our guest for the evening and asking them to experience a level of vulnerability and uncertainty, it will truly open their eyes to the experience of sight loss whilst making a lot of money to support our local charity, Cam Sight.’
