On Friday 5th April 2019, Cam Sight's annual "Dining in the Dark" event will once again be held at The Red Lion in Hinxton. The Red Lion chefs have been hard at work creating a fantastic menu to test your taste buds. Guests will be challenged to identify the key ingredients throughout their starter and dessert taster plates, whilst being blindfolded. Main courses will be pre-ordered and eaten without a blindfold. The evening will conclude with a prize for the winning table and a raffle. Along with Adnams wines, The Red Lion is supporting Cam Sight by donating 50% of all food and wine sales on the night. Please arrive at 7:30pm for a 8pm start. 

Main course menu choices -

(1) Herb-crusted Rack of Lamb - black quinoa, chickpea, kale, spinach, lemon zest, roast fennel salad, mint balsamic vinaigrette

(2) Seabass Fillet - samphire, saffron cockles, mussels, mini pommes broth (gf)

(3) Pesto Zucchini Noodles - burst cherry tomatoes & vegan Parmesan (vegan)
