18.3 The purchase is not made until you have completed the online payment order form and you have accepted these terms and conditions. Receipt of your order will be acknowledged in writing, usually by email.
18.4 Refunds of donations will be given at the discretion of the management. Where a refund is made, there will be a 10% administration charge to cover Cam Sight's costs of processing the donation.
18.5 When you make a payment on this website, you specifically authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

19. Entire agreement
19.1 Subject to Section 12.1, these terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website.

20. Law and jurisdiction
20.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
