Cam Sight is an independent charity and so relies on donations from individuals to run our services. While we are fortunate to receive trust and statutory funding, there are several services which are underfunded or not funded at all. We are actively fundraising for the services listed below. With your help, we can continue to offer these services to people in Cambridgeshire living with low vision and blindness.
To support an appeal, you can either donate directly or you can set up your own fundraising page to collect donations. We really appreciate your support!
For the 6th year in a row, Cam Sight will be taking part in the ever popular London to Cambridge bike ride. On Sunday 21st July 2000-3000 cyclists of all abilities will take on the challenge. The ride will be taking on the 60 mile route, starting at Pickets Lock in North London between 7.30am and 9am. Riders will work their way through beautiful countryside, ending at Jesus Green in the centre of Cambridge.

My "Stoker" Nicky, talked me into it. Having seen what work Camsight do and how it benefits the VI community, makes me want to help.
I'm currently recovering from retinal surgery, which has had a profound impact on my personal and professional life, and which has given me some small insight (forgive the pun) into what life can be like with compromised vision.
To raise awareness & General support concerning reduced vision issues
I use Cam Sight’s tandem service on a regular basis and love going out on the tandem, I’ve completed the ride three times before and it’s always an enjoyable day. So the money I raise from the ride will help keep the tandem service available to use for free for myself and any other clients.
As a team of therapists we recognise how fortunate we are to have our eyesight and would like to raise more awareness for those who don't.This is a charity close to our hearts. especially for one of our therapists who has a family member who lost his sight.
