Babylon ARTS, Wicken Fen, Ely Museum and RNIB are working together with composer and artist Tom Adams to offer people with low vision and blindness the opportunity to creatively respond to the Fenland landscape through sensory walks, sound workshops and handling museum artefacts.

Work with Tom to co-develop a sound piece inspired by the story of The Lantern Men - a mysterious white light that hovers over the fenland at night, luring wanderers into the reed beds. The final soundpiece will be exhibited in an exhibition at Babylon Art Gallery in February 2024.

Listen to Tom's audio introduction to the project.

Sessions are open to everyone aged over 18. The group aims to be a sociable space to learn from each other and enjoy and respond creatively to the rich culture and landscapes we have in Cambridgeshire.
