CamSight runs monthly support groups across Cambridgeshire for adults living with low vision and blindness, their carers, and their family members. The groups provide an opportunity to meet others within the community with similar experiences. By sharing tips on how to do things differently and helping one another, great friendships are formed.

Groups meet on a weekday morning or afternoon for members to enjoy a range of different activities from guest speakers, entertainment, quizzes, and light refreshment. Members are kept updated on the newest equipment and support available from CamSight and other local and national organisations.

“We are able to ask questions about our particular problems and get answers. It enables you to find out about what’s available – services, equipment, etc. I absolutely rely on the big calendar we can buy at Christmas.” - Group Member.
