Making a Will is an important part of planning for the future. After you have provided for loved ones, please consider including Cam Sight as a beneficiary.

Legacies provide a vital part of our income and we simply cannot carry out our work without them. Please consider leaving a gift in your Will to Cam Sight.  Whatever its size, your gift will mean we can be there for local blind and sight impaired people when they need us.

Cam Sight has partnered with Bequeathed to offer an accessible and inclusive service where every supporter can make a free Will For Good.

Every day, 250 people begin to lose their sight. Cam Sight is here to make sure that losing your sight doesn’t mean losing out on life. Cam Sight provides vital practical and emotional support, to empower people to live the lives they want – in their homes, careers, and communities across Cambridgeshire. It was estimated that a total number of 28,600 people lost their sight last year in the UK (data taken from RNIB).

Getting a free Will from a leading legal firm - is good for family, good for friends and good for charities like ours.

Just follow these simple steps which will take less than an hour of your time:

1. Take an online Will interview in as little as 20 minutes. Their system creates your Will from the answers you give, and they transfer it to one of their partner legal firms.

2. Have a 30-minute telephone or video appointment with a legal professional. They will discuss your situation and your wishes and confirm the Will caters for your needs.

3. Receive your free Will in the post, sign it and have it witnessed. You can then return a copy to the legal firm who will check it has been executed correctly.

Having an up to date Will is the only way to make sure the people and causes you care about are looked after when you’re gone. Once you’ve taken care of friends and family, Cam Sight would be extremely grateful if you would consider supporting them with a gift in
your Will.

Let us know so we can thank you

We understand that making a Will is a very personal matter, however if you do intend making Cam Sight a beneficiary or have already done so, it would be helpful if you could let us know. As well as being of assistance for our future planning, it gives us an opportunity to acknowledge your generosity. Any information you give us will be in the strictest confidence.

We have created a simple Will-making guide which includes answers to the questions people most frequently ask when making a Will. Please contact us for a complimentary copy in large print, audio or Braille.
