Talking Together is a free series of telephone-based discussion groups for older adults (50+).  Provided by the Cambridgeshire Older People's Enterprise (COPE), the programme offers a wide range of interesting topics to choose from and enables participants to connect with one another, express their ideas and enjoy lifelong learning.

The Spring 2023 series will run from 20 February - 30 March.  Groups meet over the phone each week for six weeks - same day, same time - to share thoughts, feelings and memories about a topic of shared interest.  The discussions are led by facilitators skilled in their field.

The programme is free; select the topic that most appeals to you and register.  They will call you on your phone at the scheduled time/dates (full details are below) and connect you to your group. Then you enjoy 45 minutes of stimulating discussion.

Register your interest by Wednesday 15 February.

  1. Choose your first and second choices of group;
  2. Email or phone 01223 364303;
  3. Please include your full name, address and phone number.
