Volunteering opportunities

Each day volunteers contribute their time and skills in a range of positions across our organisation. They are a friendly voice on our telephone, a smiling face handing out tea at our groups, a safe pair of hands piloting our tandem bikes.

Their inspiring generosity helps Cam Sight provide a broader range of services to local people who are blind or have low vision. By volunteering you can gain new skills and confidence, put your time and skills into projects and make friends while enjoying the sense of reward that comes from making a difference. Befrienders

Through home visits to read, assist with correspondence, take a short walk or just chat; you can build a friendship whilst making a real difference in someone’s life. Read more
