Our weekly visually impaired Pilates classes have moved to a new home to the Salvation Army, on Tennison Road, Cambridge.

Classes run on a Wednesday morning at 10.30am for around 45 minutes, and those coming along need to register with our activities team by emailing [email protected]

If you require assistance we can help with that also, so please call 01223 420033 or email our office to book in our dial-a-ride service.

Alex Innes, activities coordinator said: "We have a great group who meet regularly for Pilates but we still have room for more, especially with the wonderful space now at the Salvation Army Community Centre.

"Regular exercise can help improve mental and physical health, and wellbeing, Pilates is a really good floor-based exercise, which improves core strength and balance. You can do as much or as little in the class, and we support our attendees with a safe and welcoming environment.

"The new premises is lovely so come along for a taster session and see what you think. There is also a great cafe with very good coffee!"
